These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Quasar Store community forum (the “Forum”), operated by QFA Tech, SLU (“Quasar Store”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Forum, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Forum.

2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use the Forum. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable use
Your use of the Forum must comply with our Community Guidelines. In short, you agree not to:
- post unlawful, harmful, harassing, or hateful content;
- advertise, self-promote, or recruit without prior arrangement with the team;
- share, request, or distribute leaked, cracked, or pirated resources, or anyone’s paid work without authorization;
- resell or redistribute Quasar Store products;
- disrupt the Forum, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or misuse other users’ data.
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or the Community Guidelines.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant Quasar Store a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content on the Forum for the purpose of operating and promoting the community. You are responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the rights to share it.
5. Intellectual property
The Forum, its branding, and Quasar Store products are protected by intellectual-property rights. Purchasing or downloading a Quasar Store product grants you a limited licence under the applicable product/store terms; it does not transfer ownership or the right to redistribute. FiveM and related marks belong to their respective owners; this Forum is not affiliated with or endorsed by Cfx.re/Rockstar Games.
6. Purchases and digital goods
Purchases of Quasar Store products are handled through our store and any applicable store or payment-provider terms, not through this Forum. Digital products are licensed, not sold, and are subject to the licence and refund terms shown at the point of sale.
7. Disclaimers
The Forum and community-provided help are offered “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Advice from other members is not official support. We do not guarantee that the Forum will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QFA Tech, SLU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Forum. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including your statutory consumer rights).
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Forum and request account deletion at any time (see the Privacy Policy).
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Forum. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts of [city — to be completed], without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
