This Privacy Policy explains how QFA Tech, SLU (“Quasar Store”, “we”, “us”) collects and processes your personal data when you use the Quasar Store community forum (the “Forum”), in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data-protection law.

2. What data we collect
- Account data: username, email address, and any profile details you provide.
- Content data: posts, messages, uploads, reactions, votes, and flags.

3. How we use your data and legal bases
- To provide and secure the Forum and your account (performance of a contract).
- To moderate content and enforce our Terms and Guidelines (legitimate interests).

We keep account and content data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove or anonymize your personal data, except where we must retain certain information to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes. Public posts may remain but can be anonymized.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. 9. Children
The Forum is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under this age; if you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Forum, and the “last updated” date above will change.
